About the Role

As a Cake Artist, you’ll be expected to bring a high level of professionalism, precision, and artistry to every project. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and decorating custom and wedding cakes, cupcakes, and cookies using buttercream, fondant, gum paste, and other advanced techniques
• Sculpting detailed 3D figurines and elements (preferred skill)
• Collaborating closely with bakers and fellow decorators to ensure consistency and quality
• Occasionally communicating with clients to turn their ideas into edible masterpieces
• Maintaining an impeccably clean and organized workstation in compliance with health standards

Qualifications

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

• At least 3 years of experience in custom cake decorating
• Advanced skills in modern decorating techniques and edible artistry
• A strong artistic eye with the ability to color match and sculpt with precision
• The ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• A current Arizona food handler certificate
• A commitment to sanitation, consistency, and professionalism
