MEMCO SER is looking for EXPERIENCED plumber in Hempstead TX to start ASAP!
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for commercial construction and remodeling projects
- Read and interpret commercial blueprints, site plans, and specifications
- Perform rough-ins, top-outs, and final trim-outs
- Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs on existing commercial systems
- Work with PEX, PVC, cast iron, copper, and other commercial-grade piping
- Ensure all work meets local, state, and national plumbing codes
- Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades on-site
- Mentor and oversee apprentices when needed
- Maintain clean and organized work sites and company equipment
Requirements:
- Valid Plumber license in the state of Texas
- Minimum 3–5 years of commercial plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of large-scale plumbing systems and materials
- Ability to read and interpret commercial construction documents
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs, work on ladders, and in elevated or confined spaces
- Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
- Experience with multi-level building systems (e.g., schools, hospitals, hotels)
- Backflow prevention certification
