About the Role

As a Community Outreach Assistant, you will be the face of respected nonprofit and purpose-driven brands at live events and local activations, connecting communities with causes that truly matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing community events and public outreach campaigns

• Represent client brands at pop-ups, nonprofit fundraisers, and awareness events

• Engage with the public to deliver key messages, promote services, and boost brand awareness

• Support event logistics including booth setup, signage placement, and material distribution

• Collect attendee feedback, record outreach data, and assist in evaluating campaign effectiveness

• Maintain consistent, professional messaging across all public-facing touchpoints

• Perform administrative duties including data entry, reporting, and tracking campaign performance

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Outgoing, approachable personality with a passion for people and public engagement

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively

• Team player who thrives in dynamic, face-to-face environments

• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful community initiatives

• Previous experience in customer service, brand ambassadorship, or event promotion is a plus but not required

• Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
