• Conduct interviews, hire, train, and guide incoming kitchen team members
• Scheduling kitchen team members
• Hold team members accountable for their actions, work, attitude, and attendance
• Collaboration with our management team to conduct inventory counts in order to maintain adequate inventory levels
• Ensure that kitchen equipment is in clean, operating condition
• Ensure that all food items and products are properly stored, prepared, and served based on set recipes, preparation,
and portion standards
• Ensure team members adhere to company standards for safe food handling and maintaining clean and orderly working areas
