Client is a 31 Year Old Male with MD Available Shifts: * Herriman: Thursday, Friday and Sunday We are looking for an RN or LPN who is interested in the following:

Medication set up and oversight
Vent and trach care

Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of Care * Provide in home assessments * Monitor and track changes in the clients conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed * Proactively updates client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns * Working for a company that has won Leader in Experience 8 years in a row! Weekly pay w/ direct deposit

We promote from within * Home Care Pulse Leader in Experience 8 years running! * Joint Commission Accredited RN and LPN Requirements

Must have at least 1 year nursing experience
Must have experience with vents and trachs

Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Utah * Certified CPR and ACLS Certification * Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray * Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check * Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance * Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
