Immigration Law Paralegal 

We are looking for an experienced paralegal with 2+ years of experience in working for immigration law firms in the US. You will be working full time (50 hours/week), during US business hours (EST)To be considered, you need to meet the following criteria: 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications (e.g., family-based, employment-based, asylum, naturalization)
  
• Collect, organize, and review supporting documentation from clients
  
• Draft legal documents such as affidavits, cover letters, and USCIS forms
  
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and government agencies (USCIS, DOS, ICE)
  
• Track case progress, deadlines, and renewals using case management software
  
• Conduct legal research and stay current on immigration laws and policy changes
  
• Maintain accurate client files and ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in immigration law (firm or legal department)
  
• Solid understanding of U.S. immigration processes and procedures (e.g., H-1B, I-130, I-485, DACA, etc.)
  
• Proficiency with immigration software (e.g., LawLogix, INSZoom, Docketwise)
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
• Ability to work independently and handle high-volume caseloads
  
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate (preferred, not always required)
