Jeffrey A. Miller Hospitality Group,  based in Lansdowne, PA, seeks an experienced full-time Lead Catering Chef.

Job title:

• Lead Catering Chef

Compensation and benefits:

• $50-60K salary based on experience
• Possibility of tips for events worked

Other incentives:

• Flexible schedule

Schedule requirements:

• Tuesday through Sunday availability
• 8-hour commissary shifts Tuesday - Thursday
• 11-hour event shifts Friday - Sunday

Language requirements:

• English

Experience and skills:

• 3+ years of prior high-end and high-volume catering or banquet event experience for full-time employees
• Follow written recipes and instructions
• A culinary education is preferred but not required
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Must be able to work in a standing position
• Comfortable being trained to drive a 15-foot box truck
• Have a clean and valid driver's license
