Qualified candidates must possess strong creativity, typography, page layout, copy writing, time management and communication skills. Responsibilities include working in tandem with marketing managers and other graphic design team members on development of sales collateral, marketing flyers, program brochures, print and digital advertisements, signage and other assigned tasks. Position will be required to meet the strategic objectives set by the Director of Client Services, on time and within budget, including time tracking, job trafficking and special assignments as needed. Must have a full understanding of and complete technical abilities with Adobe Creative Suite design software and tools. This includes proficiency in in Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator – full creative knowledge suite is a plus. • Conceptualize and execute creative solutions that effectively communicate the desired message to drive lead generation and brand awareness
• Produce high-quality designs across various platforms, including print, digital, and multimedia to support marketing and sales initiatives
• Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to brand standards and deadlines
• Develop and maintain portfolio and corporate program brand standards
• Manage open communication with internal clients, stakeholders, and team members opening new projects, reviewing revisions with complete accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
• Produce a high volume of projects with low error rate.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements and Experience :

• Minimum of three years’ experience graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Associate degree in Graphic Design or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Strong visual design experience and portfolio
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & Acrobat
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Basic understanding of project management workflow software and deliverables
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
• Innovative spirit, receptive to change and substantial organizational growth
• Intense work ethic with a dedication to teamwork
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Multitasking skills for handling multiple projects, cross-divisionally

• Multimedia, video and photo editing knowledge preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Language Ability:

• Excellent writing, design and presentation skills required

Mathematical Skills:

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commission proportions, percentages, area, circumference and value
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry

Competencies:

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Ability to multi-task and work quickly
• Ability to proofread copy

ENVIRONMENTAL ADAPTABILITY

• Works primarily indoors in a climate-controlled setting
