Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Consultant! This is a professional sales position. Following training, our Marketing Consultants receive inbound leads and are not required to cold-call or generate their own leads. Marketing Consultants at Madwire help small business owners determine a winning marketing strategy for their brand by leveraging our powerful Marketing 360® platform and best-in-class marketing services to grow their business and reach their goals.

This position requires being in-person at our office, located in Fort Collins, Colorado. Our Marketing Consultant team takes pride in fostering a fun, high-energy, collaborative sales culture.

**Salary is $60,000 per year PLUS commission and bonuses. Top performers are eligible for future leadership opportunities**

Requirements

Who You Are

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle a high volume of sales calls/emails/texts and follow-up tasks.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure no prospect or lead falls through the cracks.
• Team-oriented mindset, with a desire to contribute to the overall success of the team.

• Diligently work your lead pipeline to generate new opportunities
• Consistently demonstrate a good attitude and effort
• Don't just meet minimum expectations, but exceed them
• Have a passion to constantly learn and grow as a sales professional
• Possess a competitive nature that still puts the team first.
• Collaborate closely with your team to help them reach their goals.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress within the CRM system.
• Work at our Fort Collins, Colorado, headquarters from 7 am-4 pm MST, Monday through Friday.

Employee Health Benefits

Healthcare coverage is available through UMR. Dental and vision coverage through MetLife and ancillary coverage options provided by Guardian for life insurance, critical illness, long term disability, and hospital indemnity. Additionally, Madwire provides employer paid life through Guardian for Colorado employees and employer paid life and short term disability for Non-Colorado employees. Eligibility to enter Madwire’s plan is effective on your first day of employment.

401(k)

Madwire offers a 401k plan through Nationwide. Eligibility to enter the plan is first of the month following 60 days of employment. Madwire will match 50% of employee contributions up to 6% effective after one year of employment. 

Paid Time Off

Madwire’s PTO policy offers unlimited vacation, eligibility to participate in this policy is effective 90 days after employment. Additionally, Madwire provides 5 sick days and 10 paid holidays per year.
