MarTech Project Manager | Salt Lake City, Utah

Nexeo is seeking a skilled MarTech Project Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is a key opportunity to drive the execution of marketing strategies, optimize MarTech platforms, and collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with enterprise goals. Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Define, document, and refine workflows, processes, and system functionality.

• Create and maintain high-quality documentation including process maps, technical guides, and training materials.

• Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to design and deliver training plans.

• Optimize MarTech platforms to support marketing strategies, campaigns, and operational efficiency.

• Partner with Technical Product Managers, Business Segment Directors, and Development Teams to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, design, or development (financial services experience a plus).

• Proven documentation skills, including technical writing and process/system mapping.

• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.

• Familiarity with MarTech platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.

• Strong understanding of marketing operations and campaign execution workflows.

Pay

$55.00–$58.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
