Active, Innovative Long-Term Care Community Seeks Dynamic, Caring Nursing Assistants!   As a 96-bed community for adults with multiple sclerosis and other advanced neurological disorders, The Boston Home's population is younger and more stable than many care facilities, with residents often joining the community in mid-life and residing for 20+ years. You will enjoy the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with the residents for whom you care! The Nursing Assistant works under the direction of the Staff Nurse and is responsible for providing personal care assistance to our residents. This includes assisting with resident's meals, transferring them using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming. Additional responsibilities include interacting with residents and families on a daily basis and using customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional experience in The Boston Home community.
