We have an immediate need for an ORC/Onboarding (Journey's) Lead.
This person needs to hit the ground sprinting.
Duration: end of November, 2025 with possible extension through February 2026
Travel: Austin, TX (minimally)
This is a net new implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Onboarding (journey's) for Deloitte's largest Oracle client. This person would be responsible for the design, build and configuration of ORC/Onboarding.
Also, please ensure these are true ORC consultants. They will be asked deep ORC questions. For this project to be successful, they need people who can hit the ground running, have good consulting skills, can work in a team environment collaboratively, role up the sleeves and do configuration while guiding the client in testing phases, triage the defects, work with Oracle on incidents etc.
