Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal with a proven track record of supporting complex, high-asset domestic relations matters. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of family law procedures and the unique considerations involved when representing high-income individuals, business owners, and families with significant financial portfolios. This position requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, prepare, and file legal documents including petitions, motions, discovery requests/responses, financial affidavits, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, and trial exhibits.
• Assist attorneys with case strategy for high-income and high-asset matters, including valuation of businesses, real estate, investment accounts, and executive compensation.
• Manage complex discovery, including document organization, financial record analysis, and preparation of summaries for attorney review.
• Coordinate with financial experts, forensic accountants, business valuators, and other third-party professionals.
• Maintain case files, deadlines, and calendars with precision.
• Provide compassionate client support, serving as a reliable point of contact for clients navigating sensitive family matters.
• Prepare for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials, including organizing exhibits and witness lists.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of family law paralegal experience
• Knowledge of family law litigation processes, financial disclosures, and asset division.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional presence for client-facing interactions.
