Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live brand activations, outreach campaigns, and PR events
Represent client brands at trade shows, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives
Communicate key brand messages to event attendees, engaging the public professionally and approachable
Manage event logistics including setup, on-site support, and breakdown
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
Track event participation and compile reports on audience engagement and campaign effectiveness
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence engaging with the public and representing brands face-to-face
Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
Positive attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn and grow
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination is a plus
Paid, hands-on training – no prior PR experience required
