Title: Scrum Master Location: Westlake, TX Duration:6+ months Multiple projects including iDAF and rep app: iDAF is a new platform they are building this year that will enhance the current donor advised fund already established in Charitable. Rep App is a small version of salesforce, so because of giving season they needed to update the app for giving season. Wants an Agile leader who knows how to follow up. If they can't handle tier 1 impediments. They need to understand how to act urgently and someone who understand sprints ceremonies, understand the purpose of the retro. We need someone who takes charge. Fine with SaFE but needs SaS (Scrum at Scale) as well. The Role As a Scrum Master, you will be a member of a multi-functional agile team within Fidelity Charitable. You will guide and advise teams on Agile values, practices and processes to ensure that the team is fully functional, productive, and passionate about the value they're delivering. The Expertise you have At least 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role Proven understanding of Agile and lean practices, processes, and artifacts Practical and related experiences in being a servant leader to multiple agile teams concurrently Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience The Purpose of This Role As a Scrum Master, you will work directly in a team to advise and oversee performance against agile values, practices and processes. Working with the product owner, you will support the work of the team by maintaining the backlog and facilitating agile ceremonies like stand ups, planning and retrospectives. You will monitor team performance using data dashboards and partner with the team to identify continuous improvement opportunities to help the team work better and smarter.
