Job Description

Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite 5 days/week)

Job Description: ServiceNow Senior Engineer will be responsible for architecting, developing, and implementing complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform to solve business problems, manage workflows, and enhance enterprise services. Key duties include leading design, customizing core modules, integrating with other systems, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring platform stability through upgrades and maintenance. This role requires strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, workflows, Business Rules, APIs), excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and other platform capabilities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create and manage ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  • Design and implement complex workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with ServiceNow Design and Development Best Practices
  • Document application architecture, workflows, and customizations
  • Deliver solutions via Agile Scrum SDLC.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
  • Participating in platform upgrades and new module implementations
  • Participate in final releases and ServiceNow certification process
  • Support platform upgrades and new feature rollouts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
  • Advanced skills in database structures and design.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow APIs, including REST and SOAP.
  • Strong User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI) design and implementation.
  • Ability to Make informed and timely decisions
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
