Salary: $119,000 - 179,400 per year Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Over 5 years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services setting, with either a large or boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within the industry
- More than 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow or Nuvolo implementations
- Proven experience leading at least 5 full lifecycle ServiceNow or Nuvolo implementations
- Proficiency in JavaScript programming
- Experience in data mapping and data migration within ERP or WMS implementations
- ServiceNow certification in one or more areas
- Strong understanding of various Nuvolo and ServiceNow applications and modules, including Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM), and Clinical Device Management (CDM)
- Experience in configuring and designing transformation processes for ServiceNow clients migrating from legacy systems
- Ability to collaborate with development teams to enhance and customize ServiceNow-based applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, CSS, HTML, API integration, and other web-based scripting tools
- Solution Architect certification is required (CSA is mandatory, preference given to multiple CIS/CAD certifications, CTA)
- Familiarity with system deployment methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall)
- Willingness to travel up to 50% on average, depending on the projects and clients you serve

Responsibilities: - As a Senior Consultant, I will expect you to:
- Lead and actively engage in the entire lifecycle of ServiceNow and Nuvolo implementations, which includes gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Assist clients by diagnosing issues through advanced analytical techniques, conducting staff interviews, creating actionable recommendations, and supporting the implementation of suggested solutions
- Design and configure ServiceNow/Nuvolo solutions, including data mapping, data migration, and integration with other enterprise systems
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and accurate translation of requirements into delivered solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth
- Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Showcase strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities, exercising sound judgment in client engagements
- Work independently as well as part of a team, remaining adaptable to changing priorities and client needs

The wage range for this position reflects various factors considered in determining compensation, including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and overall business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials associated with the location where the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it’s uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, as compensation decisions are based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate for the current wage range is $119,000 to $179,400.
