• The contract-to-close process, including deadlines, contingency tracking, and compliance
• How to organize and manage transaction files from start to finish
• Effective communication with agents, clients, lenders, and escrow companies
• Tools and technology used by top Transaction Coordinators
• Listing launch support, MLS input, and preparing disclosures
• How to keep transactions on track and deliver a seamless closing experience
